5 Stars Don’t let the price fool you
I’ve had the skin as long as I’ve had my first Sansa which is prob about 18 months. I’ve never used the belt clip but the skin is great. I use it both in my car and at the gym. When I’m moving from one place to another I just cram it into my overstuffed bag and go on my merry way, and it holds up to the abuse well.
When it gets dusty or dirty I peel it off, rinse it in the sink, let it dry and it’s ready to rock. Def a great skin for the price!
4 Stars Pretty good
This serves it’s purpose. For the price you can’t beat it!! I wouldn’t say it was made out of the highest quality but it’s still made well!! Yes, I think I would suggest this to somebody who wanted something cheap (in price) but still of pretty good quality! So I WOULDN’T discourage anyone form getting this. Hope this helps you!
4 Stars Great cover
Easy to take on and off, covers the sansa (but not the screen) really well.
Somewhat makes it hard to use the wheel because the case is right up against it and almost the same height.
The case includes a little belt clip, but its very cheap feeling. I’m afraid to use it because I think that the mp3 player will fall off.
5 Stars Perfect Little Item!
This is the perfect case and armband for my Sandisk. I had tried numerous other more expensive types and this has held up far better than the rest. It’s also just a great case for when I throw it in my purse or my two year old son starts tossing my MP3 player about the house. If I accidentally drop it on the pavement, I know it is fine. And the price can’t be beat!
5 Stars Great cover case for my Sandisk
Now I can work out and know my Sandisk is protected and staying dry from sweat. This product allows me to work out on all types of exercising equipment with out any problem!

5 Stars Excellent value and they sound terrific!
For under $300.00, these speakers are fabulous and rival similar sets that cost more. I have Polk RM5000 speakers in my home and purchased these for a gallery in my office (photography studio). The sound is superb, and aside from small details, they work great! I mounted these on the walls using the hanging slots on the back of them. I thought they were too big to use mounting brackets. The overall sound is more than acceptable using Star Wars Episode 3 as my test. The higher tones are not a crisp and I’m used to, but nonetheless, I am quite pleased with this purchase. I am also using an Yamaha surround sound receiver with the sound input coming from the optical TOSlink from my computer. The only CON/GRIPE that I have is that the speaker wires that came with it were thin, probably an 18-gauge and they were not very long. I prefer using a 12/14-gauge wire, especially in longer lengths. Aside from that, I would recommend this produce to anyone who is interested in having an affordable set of surround speakers that sound great!
4 Stars Great set of speakers
I bought these speakers over this last weekend and hooked them up to Sony 720 Receiver. This is a great entry level system. The bass is very deep and impactful yet dont completely drowned out the highs. It took me awhile to find the right combination of both highs and bass but once I got it down it sounds great. I have this all hooked up to my PS3 and Twister in 5.1 True HD was mind blowing! GREAT BUY!

Great Ink Savings with Canon Value Combo Packs
User Ratings and Reviews
4 Stars OEM Canon Ink
I moved up to a MP620 from a previous Canon printer. While I’ll admit with the previous post that the ink wells are smaller, but they also use less drops of ink than my older model and gives out a MUCH better picture. And if you install the software that comes with the MP620, it will pop up showing a low cartridge, then click the exclamation above the tank, it will give you the part number needed. You can even click the ‘about ink’ button and will give you a nice large printable list of the ink part numbers.
I’ll admit I still use local print shops for large quantities of 4×6 images, but single 4×6 or any other I can print with very pleasing results.
NOTE: The Canon Photo print software gives a more true to life color than either Photoshop or Lightroom. I know something needs to be changed in the Adobe software, but I haven’t figured it out yet.
5 Stars Expensive, but worth it!!
I know this OEM ink is expensive, but the quality of this ink can’t be matched by the NONOEMS. If you care about the quality of your prints, this the way to go. I have used all kinds of after market products, and no matter what they claim about their quality, they just can’t compare to oem. I also ended up with clogged print heads and at least 1 trashed printer. Photo output with this ink is gorgeous, and the color tones are just right. You also save a few bucks with this 4 pack.
5 Stars CLI - 221 4 color value pack
Good product. Less expensive then at the stores. The colors are vibrant and sharp. I recommend.
1 Star Honey I shrunk the ink cartridge!
I have always used Canon printers and loved them, but this may be the last time. I held up this cartridge model and the one for my old i860 side by side and realized that the new ones hold about 25% less ink (though are no cheaper). Don’t tell me this isn’t intentional on the part of Canon. Although the ink works fine and the print quality is great, the cartridges run out shockingly fast. I just printed out about fifty 5″x 7″ images using all colors, and a new blue cartridge has already triggered the “low ink” warning emblem. Second, it is such a pain trying to figure out which cartridges are compatible. The cartridges for my new MP620 looked so similar to the ones for my old i860, and I spent a frustrating hour on the Canon website and on the web without finding any information on whether it is safe to interchange them. I noticed another reviewer mentioned that there was incomplete compatibility listing on the cartridge packaging as well. The cartridges for older models look virtually the same and yet apparently are incompatible; I consider this a design flaw because the fact that Canon has not standardized their cartridges among the printer models means that twice now, when the printers have died, I’ve been stuck with expensive, incompatible cartridges. If anyone from Canon reads this, PLEASE get your act together — there is no excuse for ink being this complicated, and you shouldn’t be shortchanging loyal customers by decreasing the longevity of the already very expensive inks. Next time I get a printer I will be carefully researching which manufacturer provides the best ink cartridge longevity.
4 Stars Hard to find item at low price
This ink was hard to find at any price but through the Amazon dealer it was shipped fast and at a great price! I’m very satisfied!

4 Stars Don’t let the brand name fool you…
I actually bought the 50″ version of this TV three months ago, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. I was leery of the brand as well, having only seen it advertised on (what I would consider) less than well-known retailers websites. I did some more digging, however, and this is what I discovered:
Maxent, or at least the important components for Maxent TVs, are actually manufactured by Panasonic. The panel, which is the most expensive and important component of a plasma television, is included in this statement. So, while you might (as another reviewer has stated) spend more money to get a big-name brand, if that’s really what you want; I submit to you that you’re merely wasting your money.
I was finally able to get an up-close and personal viewing of the television at the local Costco, and I was impressed with much more than the price tag. The images are sharp, clean, and bright at any angle. I decided on the 50″, and after much whining, my wife finally let me buy it to shut me up. We’re both pleased with how that decision has played out, with one (minor) exception… in a Costco warehouse setting, a 50-inch television doesn’t seem so big. Getting it home to the family room is an entirely different story– this television is ENORMOUS!
Hey, we’ll just have to cope.
5 Stars Great Buy for the Money
I spent the better part of 6 months looking at plasma TV’s and could not find anything close to the quality of this Maxent MX-42HPM20 near the same price range. Contrast Ratio is definitely one of the key factors in Plasma TV’s and at 10000:1 you can definitely see the difference. This TV equals the high end products in the 42 inch line. I have had it for four months now, bought it from Best Buy (get the extended warranty, its worth it on plasmas of any kind you decide to buy). When lined up with rival brands the guy had a row hooked up to a blue ray player, the difference was unbelievable. Maxent had the best picture in the lineup of different brands of the same size, same contrast ratio, etc. KEEP IN MIND THERE IS NO BUILT IN TUNER. YOU HAVE TO HAVE AN HD SOURCE (CABLE BOX, SATELLITE BOX). Other than that, there is no reason to spend 500 or 600 dollars OR more for a “brand name”. We will always use satellite or cable so not having a built in tuner did not matter to us. My family and I have been very happy with this product and would definitely recommend it to anyone.
5 Stars Rivaling Image Quality from a Respectable Price
This Maxent television surprisingly brings the quality of a high end top name brand model to a decent respectable price in an entry level plasma. An associate in the store debated with me on the importance of buying a name brand for more money, my rebuttal was “If I buy the name brand with lesser image quality or the not so known name brand for better quality and purchase the protection plan for either than what difference does it make? You will replace both in any case of poor manufacturing.” The associate could not disagree with my point and I doubt many people can.
Take a look at this Plasma but MAKE SURE you are looking at this model, the mx-42hpm20 and not the old model because Maxent has really hit the nail on the head with this model.
I spent a year researching plasmas and was not impressed with the image quality to price ratio that the top brand names were charging. All the entry level models made by top name brands such as Samsung, Panasonic, etc… They all seem to have poor image quality whether it be the grainy constantly pixilating image from the HP PL4260N or the washed out smokey image from the Toshiba 42HP66. None the less every entry level top name brand I looked at seemed to be a story of “this one is too hot and this one is too cold.” For name brand you have to spend the money on the best models.
I started looking at cheaper models from my local wholesale house and was extremely disappointed from the Vizio 42″ plasma displays that were very cheap. Vizio’s plasma image does not have an impressive image at all for a television in general let alone a plasma.
There were two models of the Maxent that I looked at. The old 42″ Plasma model was on sale for 20% as an open box item from my local electronics giant but the colors were not correct at all and it looked down right cheap. I completely ruled out Maxent. Then I went to another location and found the new 42″ Maxent model (mx-42hpm20) and it was extremely impressive rivaling the $3000+ range models from the top brand names. Very, very, impressive.
Bottom Line…
If you have $3,000 to spend on the Hitachi 42HDS69 than go for it. But if you can deal with seeing “Maxent” on your wall with the same quality for less than 1/2 the price then this is the Plasma for you. I cannot stress enough that this is the best plasma in its price range; I spend a year looking everywhere examining every aspect. This is the one.
Never buy a plasma without a protection plan!!! Never! Manufacturer warrantees are garbage. You’ll wind up making payments on a broken TV that sits in your living room for months while the manufacturer “decides” on what they can do for you.
5 Stars Awesome
I have to add my praise to this TV as well. I was in the market for a new tv, and was close to going with a 32 inch westinghouse. The Maxent was right above the Westinghouse at best buy, and the quality was much better. It was on sale for about 1000 which was pretty good for a 42 inch plasma tv.I too had not heard of Maxent much before, but the quality and price was undeniable. I was worried that I would get it home, be impress for a few weeks, then something would go wrong with it. I did some research, and most reviews were positive. In fact, I couldnt find any negative reviews on the TV. I don’t really watch cable, I mainly just use it for DVD’s and PS2, and the quality is light years ahead of my old 25 inch RCA CRT.
I upgraded my PS2’s cable connector to Hi-def input, and the quality got noticeably better. The textures in my game were sharper and clearer, anti-aliasing was much smoother, it just all in all looked better. I bought a Peerless mount from amazon, mounted it up, and it looks really nice (despite some hanging wires). So far the tv has done well, no problems with image quality or it going out. I’ve had it since christmas.
I don’t know about buying these tv’s online, just seems like too many things can go wrong with shipping and what not. Amazon always has good prices, so if you find one on sale here I would get it.

5 Stars Going to Zune120
With all these excellent reviews, I’ll go to Zune120. I purchased from Amazon Feb last year an 8GB Sansa View. Since that time, it has never ceased to give me problems - difficulty in connecting to my computers and lately freezing or rebooting itself. This Sunday, it just froze on the welcome screen and no amount of a 20-sec hold to reset/reboot or pushing buttons simultaneously, or leaving the battery to die would work. It’s just plain dead and no sufficient Customer Support from Sansa/Sandisk. I had a little step forward though for Zune since my purchase of a 4GB Zune for my daughter this Christmas. Works great and she’s so happy with it. I’ll go Zune too and thanks to all of you!
2 Stars Hardware is fine; software is TERRIBLE
I have owned a Zune 120 for nearly 3 months. The hardware is well designed and performed as expected. The computer software interface, however, is atrocious.
For example, Zune is set to automatically upload music I put in a subfolder of my hard disk. However, it routinely “forgets” to upload some tracks, and there is nothing I can do to trick it into behaving properly. Then suddenly, days later, it will correct its mistakes and find the missing bits. FRUSTRATING!
The search function is another source of constant irritation. If I type a keyword to locate a track, Zune insists in finding and displaying everything in the universe that relates to that keyword, such as where I can buy that track and so on. Never mind that I have absolutely no interest in that info. I just want to find MY MUSIC, nothing else, but I cannot turn off that silly feature. EXASPERATING!
The worst is the way Zune manages the information it displays. When I rip a CD, Zune finds the information about the track name, the composer, etc, either on the CD itself, or on some database on the web. Quite frequently that info is erroneous, missing, or poorly recorded, and has to be manually updated. That is bad enough. The worst is that Zune routinely ignores some of my manual corrections, or overwrites them with the original erroneous data. And there is nothing I can do to keep it from doing that. If I keep re-entering the data, it will eventually accept it. MADDENING!
Finally, the interface is very poorly designed. Menu options are confusingly spread around the screen instead of being conveniently grouped in one spot. Scroll bars are the thickness of a spaghetti, and must be precisely clicked on, even though there are broad swathes of unused space on the display. The whole thing seems to have been designed by a moron with no sense for user-friendliness.
Although I am generally no friend of Apple, I also happen to own an iPod nano (a gift), but I must say their software is beautifully designed. Fast, intuitive, easy to use, it performs absolutely flawlessly. Microsoft would be well advised to buy one, and use it as a template for what a well-designed product ought to look like!
4 Stars No video playlist
I love my Zune 80. I love watchng movies and tv shows on it. And I love the fact that it has a radio. The one drawback is that you can’t make a video playlist like you can on the ipods That would probably keep me from buying another!
5 Stars Awesome product and upgrade
I first bought a Zune 30 right after it was released. Being much more feature heavy than the iPhones as well as having a better screen was the tipping point for me. As my first MP3 player I was very happy with my purchase. A coulple years later I accidentally stripped the inside of the audio jack accidentally with some fauly headphones so now its ruined :C. I used some christmas money and purchased the new 120 gig model. The touch surface took a bit to get used too but its exactly the same as my loved old 30 gig but with a screen superior to any iPod, excellent hard drive space, and usable software. To this day I’ve probably used about 80 gigs worth of videos and music. <3 Zune!
2 Stars Good player, HORRIBLE software, won’t play digital copies of movies
The player itself isn’t bad, but the Zune software is awful - it’s extremely slow, and uses a lot of system resources. It won’t recognize Amazon Unbox files (which is most of my videos), or the “free digital copy” files you get with DVDs. It’s extremely frustrating - I already paid for the videos (my Insignia 4GB player syncs these videos fine). It’s stupid that you can’t use Windows Media Player on the Zune - you have to use the Zune software to sync or manage music files, or for the computer to even recognize the player. I will be returning my Zune and exchanging it for a Sansa. It’s been a very frustrating experience. If the software were different, I would keep the player.
