5 Stars Great sleeve for 17″ laptop!
Bought this sleeve for my 17″ Dell studio laptop, it fits perfect. As other customers have stated a handle would be nice, but it still works great for the purpose of protecting it. The picture and description are right on. Would recommend.

Great! Has been protecting my laptop since I bought it. Arrived MIGHTY speedily!! It’s been safeguarding my laptop and I don’t know what I would do without it to protect my laptop from scratches and people damaging it when moving it around. Order from them! Service was impeccable!

I liked the sleeve at first–fit my 17″ PC quite well. I liked that the bag opened on two different sides to allow me to choose which way I loaded the computer and it provided appropriate padding. I used it every day for a little less than a year in a backpack hauling my computer from home to work to school before the zipper jumped the track and teeth widened so I couldn’t fix it, leaving the sleeve useless. Although I was happy with the product, I’m not happy with its limited life and I am buying a new sleeve without breakable parts.

I bought an HP 17″ laptop and was having trouble finding a sleeve that would fit. This was perfect, with room to spare. The colors were nice (I bought the brown and blue), the sleeve is soft so no scratching, and shipping was free from Amazon! I wish it had a handle and I wish the sleeve would open up all the way around the edges so I wouldn’t have to take it out each time I use it–for short uses like on the train. Other then that I loved it.

I purchased this sleeve for my 17″ Macbook Pro, even though some of the reviews have already stated that this sleeve is too large for the Apple line of laptops. I had already ordered a Speck hard case (Speck Macbook Pro 17″ See-Thru Hard Case - RED), and the sleeve not only fits my Speck’d out Macbook, it *still* shifts around in the sleeve… Which really isn’t a big deal. Other than that, it has a nice, thick lining, and an insider zipper guard to keep the zipper from scratching.
It’s just what you’d expect, nothing more, nothing less.
Also, it seems that no matter what color you order, you will receive the black/red - just so you know.

3 Stars Too Wide for my 15.4″ MacBook Pro
This case is way too wide for a 15.4″ MacBook Pro. There’s a good 1-2 inches of extra material, which is not what I was looking for. The padding is nice, and I like that there are no zippers, but in my opinion, it’s too big for the laptop.
2 Stars A Bit Floppy…
My laptop computer slides in easily and comfortably, but it doesn’t exactly provide reliable protection. I use it in my booksack so that I can take my laptop with me to class, and as a result my laptop has developed a severe wobble to its joint for opening and closing the computer. I would recommend a bigger, more padded laptop case - even though it will be bulkier and more expensive, it’s definitely worth it for the safety and security of your laptop.

I like how easy my lappy slips in to it! It’s a nice smooth case that seems to be pretty versatile!

It works well and my laptop fits inside with plenty of room, but it doesn’t have as much padding as I thought it would. It seems like my laptop is not that protected, but I am overall satisfied with it. It serves the purpose I wanted it too,which is to protect my laptop from scratches and the like.

I love this case, it is very low profile enabling you to carry it as is or pack it in a backpack or other larger bag. It is very professional looking and offers great padding and protection of your valuable macbook pro. It is a bit on the pricy side, but if you can find a good deal then I would highly recommend it. Very high quality product.
5 Stars Protection, Looks and Leather
I have had my new MacBook Pro for two weeks and switched from being only a Windows user. I run XP on Parallels if I need to, but I have been very patiently searching for the right case which I received today. This is the perfect case for the 15.4 inch MacBook Pro. It squeezes in, exactly fitted and protected by a 1/2 inch of lined padding on every surface. An external (included) black nylon case for the adapter can be attached on one end quite securely. Some full size papers or a file folder may be slid into tight pocket on the back if not too thick. A strong wide black nylon strap with a shoulder pad and stainless steel hardware is included as well. The zipper hardware is also stainless steel. The Brenthaven emblem looks like an M for MacBook. It is lightweight and just for carrying your MacBook Pro plus adapter and providing excellent protection from any collisions or drops. I got the Edge I for my wife’s 13.3 inch MacBook 13.3 and she absolutely loves it! Very stylish.

Very well made case - Nice padding, plenty of storage for pens, etc. I would highly recommend this Notebook case for anyone who travels frequently. Swiss gear usually has a very good durability rating anyway.

Great form that follows function. This bag looks professional and has tons of functional storage compartments. It fits a 17 inch Laptop as well as my 15.4 macbook pro unibody. Light weight but well built highly recommend it. I only wish it would sit up on its own when I put it on the floor or table. Can’t go wrong with this bag if you are looking for a laptop bag. I like the power supply bag that comes with it.
